Life has been pretty chaotic lately. Like most college students, I'm going through the final stages of my first semester at FIT. Come Tuesday, it'll officially be over! It's bittersweet thinking of how fast the first semester went by because before I know it, I'll be graduating once again. In the midst of studying, procrastinating, social networking, and studying some more, the opportunity arose to attend the Mount Sinai Women's Health Fashion Show and Luncheon featuring a Pamella Roland runway show thanks to a generous donation to FIT presidential scholars. Thanks stranger!!
I thrifted this amazing Robert Rodriguez skirt for $20. I had a hunch that it was more than meets the eye, so after looking up Mr. Rodriguez, I discovered I just got an amazing deal. His clothing usually retails for a few hundred dollars a piece ... SCORE! And now, for another (not so) humble brag, I met Nigel Barker at the event, and it was just wonderful.
